• Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

• Tracking & Delivery: All orders are shipped with full tracking. High-value items may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: The Vault is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier and marked as 'Delivered'. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.

• International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
